Nose-to-tail eating is a food philosophy that celebrates food and the exploration of
culinary possibilities, as well as being a reproach of wastefulness.
Escape the winter chill and join us for a Nose-to Tail Winter Feast at Rothko this June. Our head chef Josh Hazel and his team have created a unique menu based on all parts of an animal, to ensure these are appreciated and given the respect they deserve.
